Started using the Melaleuca Access Performance bars. They taste nice so that's a real start! Some of the performance bars out there taste terrible. Ever have one of those sports bars that was so disgusting you thought it must REALLY be good for you! lol. But these Access bars ARE good for you they say and they taste nice too.
